“SIAF2024 Ars Electronica Days” is a special two-day collaboration program with the Ars Electronica, a global creative organization based in Linz, Austria.
In this Special Cross Talk, we will focus on Creative Cities. Linz and Sapporo are both designated as the member cities of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network as “City of Media Arts.”
With Gerfried Stocker (Co-CEO/Artistic Director of Ars Electronica), Seiichi Saito (Director of Panoramatiks), and Hideaki Ogawa (Director of SIAF2024) as speakers, we will consider Creative Cities from various perspectives with cases of Linz, Sapporo, and other cities in Japan to be introduced by the speakers.
